Automation through Artificial Intelligent STEAM Holiday Program

STEAM HOLIDAY PROGRAMS (Malaysia)

Automation through Artificial Intelligent STEAM Holiday Program

In today’s society, we are surrounded by technology that performs tasks or operates equipment with minimal human intervention. In this program, we will be exploring how to make our lives more efficient through automation. As artificial intelligence and robotics technology play an increasingly vital role in the growth of our economy and daily lives, it is important to keep the kids up-to-date with the latest technology in the world. Children will learn about how windmills are made and used in today’s advancing technology, robots taking over mass production of autonomous cars and public transports. We will explore the advantages and disadvantages of automation through hypotheses and experiments as they imitate artisans/specialists and reenact factory lines to perform tasks. Through these activities, students are able to simulate processes and test efficiency through collaboration and scientific methods.

STEAM HOLIDAY PROGRAMS (Australia)

Privacy and Security STEAM Holiday Program

In today’s society, there are lots of scams and hackers that seek our personal details on the internet. While we can and mostly do keep our personal information safe from hackers, children hardly notice any suspicious activity on the internet and end up being a victim of these attacks. In this program, we will be helping children to protect their personal information and privacy through little awareness of cyber security. When it comes to online and privacy, phishing is a common occurrence to vulnerable internet users. Hence, it is important to teach our children to protect themselves from it. During this program, children will learn how to power up their passwords by adding symbols and special letters on the telltale sign that people are trying to steal. Students will challenge themselves and their teammates by creating scenarios and collecting information and data through STEAM-designed activities and profiles. Moreover, kids are using coding robotics to educate people about online privacy and security. Through these activities, students should be able to distinguish the difference between private and personal information in order to protect themselves from phishing attacks.
